Karma is as a mechanism to incentivize users to adopt the right behavior within the Shiba Inu ecosystem, serving as a measure of a user's contributions and positive interactions on the platform. A Karma score reflects the community's appreciation for a user's engagement and content.

Karma scores reflect the user's reputation and contribution within the Shiba Inu ecosystem, earned through actions like posting content, participating in discussions, engaging in ShibaSwap transactions, among other activities. These points boost users' influence, giving them a greater voice in community decisions and access to exclusive features over time.

By rewarding positive engagement, Karma scores motivate users to contribute with valuable content, collaborate with others, and actively support the ecosystem's growth, making daily interactions more rewarding and impactful.

What actions earn Karma?​

Earn Karma and unlock rewards by contributing to the Shiba Inu ecosystem and community. You can grow your Karma, and gain access to exclusive perks and experiences.

Wallet Transactions: Sending and Receiving tokens ($SHIB, $BONE, $LEASH, $TREAT) to your wallet​

Karma scores can be earned by engaging in wallet transactions that involve sending and receiving Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens. Users gain Karma by performing token swaps or transferring tokens within the ecosystem. For example, sending or receiving a certain minimum amount of SHIB or other native tokens rewards users with Karma scores, which boost their reputation and influence in the community. These transactions support the ecosystem's activity and liquidity, making every exchange a way to contribute to the Shiba Inu community while building individual standing through Karma.

ShibaSwap Karma​

Karma scores are collected from past and current key actions on ShibaSwap, such as adding liquidity to Liquidity Pools, creating Liquidity Pool pairs, swapping tokens, adding new tokens, and validating stakes. These activities strengthen the Shiba Inu ecosystem, rewarding users with Karma scores that enhance their community reputation and standing. Each action shows commitment to the platform, incentivizing ongoing, meaningful participation.

Here are some of the Karma-rewarded activities performed on ShibaSwap:

  • Adding liquidity to pairs
  • Swaping tokens
  • Creating tokens
  • Creating pairs

Bridging Tokens​

Bridging assets using the Shiba Inu Bridge also provides Karma points. Actions such as transferring tokens from Shibarium to Ethereum and vice-versa can generate Karma points for each transaction.

Buying Land on the Metaverse​

Everyone joining Shiba Inu's Metaverse can also be eligible to receive Karma points. When users mint land on the Metaverse, either on Shibarium or Ethereum, they are given Karma points.

Staking Shiba tokens​

Staking the Shiba Inu Ecosystem tokens is another way of acquiring Karma points. Regular users and validators can stake SHIB, LEASH, BONE and TREAT and receive rewards.

Minting Magazine NFT Magazine​

Whenever users read the Magazine, they are rewarded with an NFT. Aside from this token, users are also given Karma points.

Burning SHIB tokens​

Burn SHIB through ShibTorch. By doing so, users are able to participate in Shiba Inu's tokenomics and thus recive Karma points as a reward.

Trading Shiboshis​

Trading Shiboshis is a fun way of accruing Karma points. Whenever users send, receive or mint new Shiboshis, they are eligible to receive some Karma points.
